Speaker grill for back panel As mentioned earlier, the speakers will be mounted on the back panel. The grill for the speakers is fastened with epoxy glue. I use epoxy for many things as you probably know by now.

Pasta sauce and canned tomatoes...
Speaker grill mounted Looks nice with the grill and the back goes along nicely with yellow.
Speakers on backpanel I use a set of Logitech Z110 speakers. These are USB powered and they actually sound very nice and plays reasonable loud. More than enough for arcade music, but not for jukebox though.

There was no obvious way of opening the speakers or use screws for fasten them, so I once more resorted to epoxy glue for the job. I would rather use screws if possible, because they will be very hard to remove now. Let's just hope they doesn't have to be removed again.
Mounted speakers This looks great IMO. Notice the USB plug and main power plug has been mounted too. Also notice the power button in the upper left corner. A standard 24 mm Sanwa push button.
Back panel mounted The back panel is fastened with four screws. I could have used hinges and a lock, but I don't think I will be opening the panel on a regular basis.
Power supply for mame cabinet The power supply (230 v -> 12 v  - 75 watt) is mounted with some of the same aluminium profiles used for the marquee.
12 volt from psu I am "stealing" some 12 volt from the PicoPSU (yellow and blue) and I have prepared two wires for 5 volt if I should need that later on for light for the push buttons or something else.
This is the wires from the two LED strips in the marquee. They are connected to the 12 volt outlet I just made on the previous picture.
MAME cabinet - motherboard installed The mini-itx motherboard is installed. It's an Asrock AD2700B. It's passive cooled because it only draws 10 watt.

If you decide to make your own MAME cabinet using my drawings, please feel free to make a donation,  as I'm trying to raise enough money to make a new up-right cabinet, that's hard to do as a student.
